Provide Skills Training for Workforce Entry: From technical certifications to soft skills, we’ll equip individuals with the tools to enter the workforce and secure meaningful employment.
Offer Wraparound Support Services: Removing barriers to job placement is critical to our families’ success. This funding will allow us to continue providing comprehensive services such as childcare, transportation assistance, and more, ensuring that families can focus on their goals.
Enhance Career Growth Through Professional Workshops: To support long-term success, we’ll offer workshops designed to help participants retain jobs and advance in their careers, fostering financial stability and personal fulfillment.
