About the Award Ceremony

Jeffco Prosperity Partners (previously Jeffco Human Services Foundation) hosted the Inaugural Partnership in Prosperity Award Ceremony at Red Rocks Community College on September 1st. During this event, the Foundation presented two community members with the Partnership in Prosperity Award and the Prosperity Award.

Jessica Hansen, our exceptional JPP program director, was showcased on 9NEWS Colorado and Company.

During the interview, she discussed the significant impact that the "Partnership in Prosperity" fundraiser is poised to make on JPP families.

Partnership in Prosperity Award: Ed Perlmutter

The Partnership in Prosperity Award is presented to a JPP community partner, recognizing initiatives that address the structural causes of poverty and programs that help families reach economic stability.

Congressman Ed Perlmutter was the first to receive this award recognizing his work in improving systems for families experiencing poverty and advancing the wellbeing of Jeffco residents through advocacy.

Prosperity Award: Rynn Sango

Rynn Sango received the first Prosperity Award. Rynn is a mother, wife and strives to be an active and engaged community member. She has a strong commitment to helping others improve their life circumstances and how they perceive their self-worth.

Rynn epitomizes strength and resilience and continues to inspire the JPP community, coworkers, friends, and all who have the privilege to know her.
