Jeffco Prosperity Partners helps Jeffco families break the cycle of poverty and become self-sufficient. We work to change policies that make it hard for low-income and underserved families to access quality education, health care, and livable-wage employment opportunities.

Generational Poverty

Poverty, like wealth, is often passed down from one generation to the next, making it hard for families to break the cycle and become successful.

Self-Sufficiency

What does it take to make ends meet in Colorado? The 2022 Self-Sufficiency Report shows how much money families need to earn to cover the cost of living, childcare, and basic needs.

Our family-centered approach helps us quickly identify each family's needs and goals, creating a long-lasting impact in the community.

JPP Program

At the forefront of our efforts to combat poverty is our JPP program. Through JPP, we bring together the strength and support of the community, families, and project partners to collaboratively seek and implement effective solutions.

The purpose of this program is to move low-income families to economic self-sufficiency by improving health and well-being, building economic stability, promoting education and post-secondary education, and advancing employment.

We fund and support the JPP program to foster innovations that contribute to a thriving community.
