Alongside our incredible network of community partners, we provide programs that cover it all: financial literacy, family well-being, job skill development, health and wellness, education, and building social connections.

Whether it's providing guidance, support, or a listening ear, Jeffco Prosperity Partners (JPP) walks alongside families every step of the way.

• Keeps the lights on for a family who is waiting on their next paycheck.

• Helps a high school student graduate on time with tutoring support they need to pass a math class.

• Provides rental assistance to a family experiencing an unexpected crisis like the loss of a job or a sick child.

• Provides clothing and school supplies to help kiddos learn at the best of their ability.

• Gives relief to a mom who doesn’t know how she will buy groceries this week.

• Provides winter tires, brakes, or oil changes to help families get to work and school.
